With Young Installation (established in 1975), where Edward Young was a bona fide flooring specialist. Ijeh remembers it was hard work, but he enjoyed the accomplishment at the end of each day. After observing his strong focus, passion for innovation, and business acumen, Edward encouraged Ijeh to pursue his interest in renovation at George Brown College. Having gained the right technical skills and knowledge required to assist in all phases of residential, small commercial, and industrial projects, he graduated with a diploma in Renovation Technician and Construction Engineering.

Ijeh Young’s road to success called for combining what he learned at George Brown College with real-world experiences. Hence, shortly after graduating in 2009, he took Young Installation a step ahead and started his own company - Young Construction & Associates, to deliver a robust complement of construction and renovation services. Although Young Construction was involved in projects through Toronto & GTA, Ijeh evolved into challenging projects outside Young Constructions to gain more experience as a passionate builder. He worked in the construction industry as a project manager & site supervisor for a wide range of projects, including custom homes, commercial projects, complicated renovations, and additions.

With over 15 years of experience, Ijeh Young has made a mark for himself in the industry. His sharp business insights and passion for building spaces of the future have helped Young Construction & Associates attain a position of reputation in the domain of construction & renovation. In addition, the importance of reaching complete client satisfaction levels has helped him achieve the pinnacle of success in the industry.
